Features: Excellent elasticity and wear resistance, effectively controlling ink thickness and uniformity. Highly adaptable to printing plates and less likely to damage them, suitable for high-precision printing.
Disadvantages: Relatively higher price, requiring regular replacement to ensure printing quality.
3. Synthetic Gemstone Doctor Blades
Material: Made of synthetic gemstone material.
Features: Extremely high hardness, strong wear resistance, able to maintain blade sharpness for a long time, suitable for high-speed, high-precision printing production lines. Long service life and low maintenance costs.
Disadvantages: Higher price, generally only used in high-end printing equipment.
