The first step in manufacturing plastic scrapers is to select suitable plastic raw materials, such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). These materials possess excellent wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, making them ideal for scraper production. Next, these plastic granules are fed into an injection molding machine, heated and melted, and then injected into a mold. The shape of the mold determines the final shape of the scraper. After injection molding, the basic form of the plastic scraper is complete.
Subsequently, cooling and curing occur. During this process, the plastic scraper gradually hardens and reaches the desired strength. After cooling, quality inspection is performed. The dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and hardness of the scraper are checked to ensure they meet preset standards. Qualified plastic scrapers are then packaged and prepared for sale to consumers.
